Roc'h (2010)
The farm of Finca Santa Ana la Huerta sits in the lush, rain drenched Eastern highlands of Guatemala. Located at an altitude of 1,370 to 1,820 the farm is planted with Caturra, Bourbon and Catimor varietals which are hand picked and fully washed.

The coffee is then sent to the Mountain Water facility in Mexico where it goes through a non-chemical decaffeination process using clear pure waters from the highest mountain in Mexico. The result of this natural process is a coffee that is 99.9% caffeine free. The
